    PHINCO ELITE reserves the right to amend, revise, or update Content and Courseware at any time and may require an additional fee for updated materials.
• Free Access
  • Free-course access is limited to self-learning videos and selected course resources only.
  • Free access remains valid only for the duration specified at enrollment and may be revoked, modified, or extended by PHINCO ELITE.
  • Free enrollment does not grant ownership, resale, reproduction, redistribution, or republication rights.
  • Certifications, placement support, assessments, internships, exam vouchers, and premium resources may require full purchase of the relevant course.

• Mandatory Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
  • PHINCO ELITE and you agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through mutual discussion.
    
    If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, PHINCO ELITE may pursue legal remedies, arbitration, or other dispute resolution mechanisms permitted under Indian law.
• DND / Communication Consent Clause
  • By registering on the PHINCO ELITE Website, submitting contact details, enrolling in a course, or using our Services, you authorize PHINCO ELITE to contact you through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other channels regarding courses, counseling, promotions, placement assistance, events, and related services.
    
    Communication may occur even if your phone number is registered under DND, DNC, or NCPR services.
    
    You may opt out of promotional communications by contacting PHINCO ELITE support or following available unsubscribe instructions.
